How to Access Your Subconscious Mind

There are many ways to access the Subconscious Mind, these include, Meditation of which there are many forms, Binaural Music, Journaling, Visualisation Techniques, and Positive Affirmation Techniques. However, the topic for today’s post is Automatic Writing. Personally I have used this to great effect, it will enable you to trust your intuition more with increased use.
The process is like tapping into your personal spirit guide.
When To Use Automatic Writing
■◇ When you feel something is not quite right and can’t put a finger on it
■◇ When you want answers that seem to be just out of reach
■◇ If you are in two minds about something
■◇ If you are continually doubting or questioning yourself
■◇ If you continually and habitually make the same mistakes
■◇ If you are worried about how to move forward in life or in a smaller matter
We are all faced with the above at one time or another. At these times we will often confide in a friend or partner. But what if they don’t have the answers, or you are left feeling even more confused. This is a tool along with meditation courses that will guide the way. Sometimes we must travel independently of others seeking and finding our own answers.  Using old time honoured mind tools often provide the means to enhanced mind development and peace of mind.

  1. An extremely important piece of inspiration, I could never know that automatic writing would be one of the techniques to solve problems or answer seemingly unanswerable questions! but with automatic writing,I believe, the thoughts follow and the imaginations go without limit!
happy to see you that you have highlighted “when to use automatic writing”, and almost all the instances are accurate especially when you are continuously doubting about something!

    Thanks for the idea!

  2. This is so true… I battle daily on self-motivation going to the gym pondering my next moves in life. As a professional, I love the opportunity to keep learning and growing as a person. Besides me reading some self-help content for a little pick me up I definitely practice writing down some of my goals and following them step by step, or as close as I possibly can. It stimulates your mind to continue pursuing your dreams whether it’s for your career or some personal development.

Thank you so much for sharing 🙂

    1. Thank you so much, writing is also great for eliciting answers to outstanding problems we have on our mind is a great resource

  3. Hi Ann,
I have been fascinated with accessing the higher self or the Akashic records for years now. I have tried all sorts of meditations, isochronal beats etc … but I have never been successful. I know Tesla, Newton and others talked about seeing images or after naps having the answer to some problem they were pondering. A lot of people claim they can access the akashic records and I don’t understand that. I want to access the knowledge to solve problems man has on the planet at the moment, like climate change or free energy. But these who have access don’t ever look for these answers whereas someone like myself who would be only to delighted to solve our energy problems with open sourced free license (i.e. no profit for me, I don’t even want the recognition) and I can’t access them.
What do you feel is my blockage?

    1. Hi Peter, automatic writing, morning pages, journalling, has never been used to solve the problems of the world, they are for our own personal benefit, giving answers to personal and deep unresolved questions that will facilitate our personal growth only…peace

  4. Ann,
I have used this method before, I did not know it had a name. I keep a note pad on the night stand with a pencil. I do make notes in the evening and then meditate with music over what is in my note book. Do I always get a good answer to my issue, no.
I think the meditation helps find the right path to your future, what do you think.

    1. Hi John, sounds like you have had some success with this method, that is the main thing, we are fallible so everything does not always work as we would like, the main thing is that we remain open, calm, and yes incorporate meditation to achieve greater enlightenment and greater success
